As you can see food is my passion. Last week I started Food Friday which offers a healthy recipe for the week. Yes, I still work with clients, and still have my Beach Body business in full swing but along with that I do a monthy cooking class. I found that by having a system it flows so much easier. In the beginning I was willy nilly and always changing my format and found it to be completely exhausting. Now I offer class the second Wednesday night of the month and with a set series of classes. These are the same classes that I use for myself.
For the first time ever I am offering the class outlines, original recipes and sample marketing flyers to my amazing coaches.
I consider myself lucky to have had the opportunity to work with you in the past and I am hopeful this will be a useful tool for you to continue to build your business.
